The ¨Shuffle¨ side table is a piece that is slightly different from his other recent works, focusing on the theme of time. As its name suggests, the exact moment when the cards are shuffled has been captured and transformed into a sculpture. It is a fleeting moment, invisible to the naked eye, like an afterimage, but the trajectory of the object, which follows the laws of physics, gives consistency to the structure. The way the legs graze the floor gives the impression of floating and is imbued with a mysterious force. It seems alive, perhaps because it evokes the feeling that it could start to
move at any moment.
