All products purchased in our official KILZI store comply with the manufacturer’s certificates, protocols, quality duties and obligations and guarantees. All the items are shipped from within Spain as every item is hand-crafted or hand-assembled in Spain.

SHIPPING FORMS AND TIMES

Products purchased from our official KILZI store have standard shipping times depicted on the product page. Shipping objects for technical revisions shall be fronted by the customer and it will be refunded if the default is found to be produced by manufacture and not use.
